It is important to us that you have a stress-free experience; wedding planning is stressful and we hope to be the easiest part of the process! Our goal is to wow you and your guests with the sweetest addition to your big day!

We aim to provide you with an experience that fits your preferred communication method. Our services can be fully booked through email and our online system. We, of course, can also schedule a phone call / zoom call to go over all of our process, packages and pricing. If you prefer face to face contact, booking an in person consultation may be right for you! You will also receive a questionnaire to help us get a feel for the vibe of your wedding. This let’s me get to know your personality, the vision you have for your wall, and the personalized touches we can add to make your wall one of a kind. We look forward to making your donut wall dreams come true!

Making The First Move

Once you’ve explored our website and have decided you would like to know more, you can submit a request form, located in "Contact Us" Tab. Be sure to include as much information as possible to expedite your request & receive the most accurate information and pricing. Once we receive your request, we will send over Our "Donut Mind If I Do" Brochure & Pricing Guide. You can make your selection righting the brochure, or schedule a phone consultation to go over any questions you may have.

Once you submit your selection via our online brochure. We will create a customized wedding proposal for you. The proposal will come with a contract to sign. All of these documents can be found in your online portal. Just review the proposal & sign the contract to make it official. No deposit is needed & we ask you hold all payments until the week of your event (unless previously discussed). Please note that all bookings MUST have a signed contract to secure your date!

Next comes the design process. We start by sending you Our Pre-Event Questionnaire that highlights important details about your Wedding Day. This is the time when we look forward to seeing your inspiration pictures, mood decks, & Pinterest boards. Feel free to send us photos of your invitations, florals, bridesmaid dresses, decor, & anything else that will help us design a donut wall that fits the vibe of your big day!

After we have gotten to know you & the vibe of your Wedding Day, we will make a profession recommendation as to what design we think would look the best. Once we are all on the same page, we start building ! You may or may not hear from us during this process, and no news is good news ! We may reach out with questions, clarifications, or design choices as need. This is the time to submit your official artwork/logo or photos for us to print and frame.

Happy Wedding Week! We will reach out to you, your wedding planner/day of coordinator (if any) & the venue the at the beginning of the week to confirm delivery time & set up location. We will go over any last minute details still needed & make sure everyone is on the same page!

Your Big Day

Its YOUR big day! All that is left to do is to enjoy your donut wall ! As you are getting ready, we will be picking up your freshly made donuts & heading to the venue at the time we previously agreed upon with you, your coordinator, & venue! We will confirm with your coordinator and venue one more time during the day to make sure all is good as planned!
